How buying discs from Rambler Disc Golf at www.ramblerdg.com works. We’re a small disc golf club in Pinellas County, Florida, and we keep it simple.

Pickup only

We don’t ship yet. Every order is picked up at one of our league nights, at a park in Pinellas County. You choose the park and the date at checkout from the pickup spots listed there, and your order email says where and when.

Orders for a pickup close at midnight the night before. An order placed after that goes to the same park’s next pickup, and we tell you the new date.

Paying

  • Pay now by card or with a PayPal account, on PayPal’s secure page. We never see or store your card number.
  • Cash at pickup when it’s offered at checkout: you pay when you collect.
  • Florida sales tax is added to each disc and shown before you pay.

Cash orders: we hold your discs

When you choose cash at pickup, the discs are taken off sale and held for you straight away. They stay held until you pick them up or the order is canceled.

If you miss pickup without letting us know, we’ll cancel your cash order and put the discs back on sale.

Can’t make your pickup?

Reply to your order email before the pickup, and we’ll move it to another date or park. If you miss a pickup on an order you’ve already paid for, we keep your discs for you and get in touch to arrange another date.

If we can’t reach you within 30 days of the missed pickup, we will return the order to inventory, and we’ll refund any amount paid minus a $10 restocking fee.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before pickup? Email us, and we’ll cancel it. A paid order is refunded in full within 30 days of the order, to the card or PayPal account you paid with.

Returns and refunds

  • Look your discs over at pickup. If something isn’t what you ordered, tell us there and we’ll put it right or refund it.
  • Thrown discs can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. You can sell them back to Rambler as a used disc.
  • Refunds for card and PayPal payments go back through PayPal; your bank may take a few days to show them. Cash orders are refunded in cash.

If a disc sells out while you’re paying

Rarely, the last of a disc goes to someone else at the same moment. If we can’t fill part of your order, we contact you and refund that part, or swap in a disc you’re happy with.

Prices

  • Prices are in US dollars. You pay the price in your cart when you order; a later price change doesn’t change an order you’ve already placed.
  • Members who are logged in see their member price on discs, in the shop and in the cart. No disc will be priced below the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price, including for members.
  • If a price is ever plainly wrong, we tell you before pickup, and you can cancel for a full refund.
